At AprilAire, we are committed to your indoor air quality and satisfaction, offering a 30-day return window for products in their original, unused condition. If your purchase doesn't meet your needs, we provide a streamlined process to ensure a quick resolution or replacement.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all filters, manuals, and installation hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.

  • 3.
    Affix Shipping Label

    Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Credit

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
